Watching the news and Biden is alleging (of course through a press release) he authorized all the pardons he gave… Are democrats (republicans know it’s a lie) that dumb to believe that Biden could have possibly known about the 4200 people that were pardoned by “him” when he was shaking hands with the air during his presidency?

The one pardon Biden certainly knew about was the one he signed by his own hand for Hunter, the "smartest man" old Joe knows. The rest were signed by the autopen, which at this point probably has more cognition than old Joe has.
