So Biden is going to speak in Chicago

And here I thought he was dead months ago. Which brings up the question. Is that Biden or one of his many stand ins.

It will be the real Joe Biden. He'll blabber his way through a short very prepared speech, collect his speaking fee, (probably between $25 and $100K,) then go home and eat ice cream on the beach while Jill and Hunter plan his next outing.
