I take it you don't understand how the Constitution or our elections system works.
Here's how it goes:
Presidential elections are held
Electoral voters are selected and assigned, and assigned on a state by state basis, to the winner of the Presidential elections in that state.
Electoral college meets, and delegates cast their votes.
A bunch of procedural stuff takes places and the winner moves into 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington DC.
The loser departs, following a public ceremony attended by the winner and loser. In rare cases, where you have a total loser, the latter flees, out of spite, and to avoid the embarrassment he created, fleeing to Florida to spread fantasies.
