Hell yeah. Why not? He always sided for the conventional ways of governmental force. Always was a cheerleader for the Military Industrial Complex and all that goes with that, the illegal wars all the political betrayals/semi-betrayals on single payer, more student debt relief, climate concern, more humanity at the border. More status quo regarding the inhumanity of our prison system. Clinton pumped up the number considerably. It was also terrible under Trump. I don't know stats for Biden but overall its a few million now and two/three decades ago it was maybe half that

Most campaign pledges are lies, we ask for lots of them though

Dems are not peace-people, GOP wants our obliteration though, its no choice at all, but we conceded to that impossibility too. Proportional representation is more democratic useful and realistic
