Ukrainian aid to get an auditor

In the interests of bipartisanship the Biden administration has decided to look very carefully at future support for Ukraine against Russian aggression. A very astute and financially savvy auditor just happens to be available so Biden's selection was easy.

Its important to audit what the aid is being spent on,maybe they need more bullets,less artillery,or more medical kits,less rations etc.
