The only people that I can imagine that would be happy with Biden are the owner/operators of the misinformation industry.
Well, rethinking a bit, I imagine the Taliban and and Al-Queda also love him to pieces. Also Putin and Xi Jinping. Also Hunter Biden's pals; and of course Bernie Sanders. Amazing, all Bernie had to do was hand his torch to Biden and Biden will try to carry it home for him.
