Duhhh ..... since Iran and Venezuela won't be boycotting Russian oil they can then just themselves buy the oil from Russia then sell it to the US and other countries pretending to be boycotting Russian oil. Depending on who is watching them, Iran and Venezuela may have to do some swapping, but the end result would be the same.
