I think Bill will - and does, pretty much bang anything. And isn't even really ashamed about it or particularly tries to hide it. It's pretty obvious that him and Hillary have an arrangement. Never seen a spark of romance between those two. Obviously, he's always failing at the "just don't make me look like an idiot" part of open marriage.

Bill was always a smooth talker and a charmer, I wouldn't be surprised if he fucked half of DC over the decades.
