We need someone who is brilliant at strategy.
My siblings have Asperger's. While they are both brilliant in academics, on in physics and the other in mathematics.
They have no skills in manipulation, hiding their next steps, detecting who's best to trust and value.
They're not good as leaders at all.
And I think anyone with that much integrity isn't.
