Biden's Black Female Nominee for SCOTUS Can Not Define What A Woman Is

When asked by Senator Marsha Blackburn to define the word 'woman'. Ketanji Brown Jackson refused to define the word 'woman' citing that she's 'not a biologist.

But she is a candidate for Supreme Court Justice. It seems strange to me that she could not come up with a definition. I mean, Come On Man - it's not a trick question.

Oh, she'll be confirmed, I'm sure of that. After all she's one of the left's best and brightest students of the New World Order. It just seems sad to me and adds yet another stain to the left.

She is there to answer questions about her interpretation of the law and how she has and will apply it.
I dont believe there is any law governing the definition of "woman". If there comes a time when such a question is presented to scotus, i feel certain she will rely on research from biolgists and other experts in that field.

Tell me...if two equally deducated and qualified judges were up for a scotus post, one was a black woman, one a white man....who would be chosen?

You cant answer that because although there are many qualified black women, none has ever been seriously looked at as a nominee.
