Well let's see he can put a rocket into space for less than 5% the cost for NASA. So apparently he knows how to find the most efficient way to spend money or to get the best use out of the dollars you have.

@dale74
Yes, getting the best use out of the dollars you have is called "layoff government employees" and eliminating all social programs and medical benefits like Medicare. That's how Musk intends to reform the financial status of the USA.

@swirlie I have worked in government before you could lay off 75% of government employees and not even notice a difference.

The question is if they're really that valuable of employees they'll have no problem getting another job

@dale74
I have worked in government before you could lay off 75% of government employees and not even notice a difference.

You're obviously an ardent Musk supporter then, right?
dale74 · M
@swirlie no but I do appreciate some of the contributions to society he has already made
swirlie · F
@dale74

Those contributions Musk has made to society are irrelevant. He did them on behalf of himself, not on behalf of the US government.
dale74 · M
@swirlie so obviously you're getting a check from the US government in some way whether it be snap a government job government grants obviously you're biased in your opinion
swirlie · F
@dale74

Obviously, you're an ardent Musk supporter like I told you in the first place!

@swirlie no it is not involving medical stuff and yes most government employees in the United States should be laid off why because most don't care about the people they are lazy and they can't make it in a non government job because they are that bad of employees. Most are also over paid.
