Trumpster and non Trumpster,....what do you think?

I think Comey should testify and if possible his memos regarding Trump meetings and calls with him should be released if they are not on Classified material.

I don't like Trump....I do NOT want him impeached.

Not unkess there is irrefutable evidence he broke the law.
Just because many of us don't like him, it's a slippery slope to ask for his head, without giving him the presumption of innocence too.

His Administration so far has been a test case in Chaos. That doesn't mean he should be impeached.
Impeachment is a long process and a devastating one for the nation.

Unfortunately, most of the people around him, many of whom are NOT multimillionaires will now have to hire lawyers, many will lose their jobs as Trump blames them or as he tries to find a way to balance the ship.

Whether I think he is he is guilty or not is far different from my hoping that he is not. And I sincerely hope he is not.

The country deserves better, and at this moment, I hope we can find the patience to let investigations find the truth where it leads them.

Besides, the GOP does no have the political will to toss a Republican President overboard. They have nothing to gain and everything to lose. But, should these investigations take a long time, Trump will take down a lot of GOP nominees in 2018.

For the country, let's hope this all ends soon and regardless of affiliation, that the regular working people in the White House are not burdened financially by what this administration asks of them.

God Bless America

Not sure if there are many non-multimillionaires around him. Goldman Sachs now has the keys to the car.

If what Comey says is true, which i don't doubt, that's an impeachable offense. If crimes are found in the investigation, that raises it to another level.

I DO want him impeached. His popularity is driven by emotion and not fact. That's dangerous for the country in many ways. And by impeaching him I'm not sure if the country would suffer because of that process. I think it would actually strengthen our democracy and show that we're not susceptible to the cult of personality. Democracy HAS to be stronger than an individual.

Of course, the "real American patriots" would have a hard time getting behind that. At the very least they're being exposed for what they truly are.

@Ynotisay: I would like to see him impeached, too, but I doubt it'll happen, even over something as egregiously illegal as this. There is no longer the rectitude or patriotism in the Republican Party to make that political decision.

But as far as I've been able to see, Goldman Sachs really doesn't have the keys to the car (for once): it seems much more focussed on the Trump family.

@firefall: Bannon, Mnuchin, Cohn, Clayton, Donovan...all from Goldman.

I think you're right about the GOP as it stands now although it appears the tide is turning. But given the way the market responded today, with a lot of analysts expecting more big sell-offs, I think we'll start seeing more defectors. Just the fact that some are calling for independent investigations shows they're recognizing this can't continue.

We know that party will take precedent over country with the vast majority of Republicans. But money "trumps" all.

@Ynotisay: Well I would like to know how he got into office yes he got the votes but what about those criminal charges with his college and sexual assault.
Ynotisay · M
@updown2020: That's just two on a laundry list of issues that would have negated anyone else from becoming President. But we've never had a true con man run before. We've seen how easy it is to motivate people to act against their own best interests. Create "enemies,' manipulate through fear and then offer hollow promises that have no chance of becoming realities. I'm just amazed at how easy it was.

@Ynotisay: the bulk of the staff would be non millionaires. The ones with the big portfolios though are wealthy.

There are plenty below them in the ranks
Ynotisay · M
@CassandraFemale17: Well, yeah but they weren't appointed and don't have access to the President. Their jobs aren't on the line. Maybe some in the Communications Dept. but they tend to come and go anyway.
CassandraFemale17 · 26-30, F
@Ynotisay: mhmm. If not every two bit celebrity will line up to be President, and CAN be, if they have 10,000,000 followers.

That and hijacking a party with 50,000,000 like Trump did...and they are in.

Who is next?
Kanye?
Kim?
Caitlyn?, god forbid
Miley? Lmao

The basically think it's easy. Beyond ignorant, and beyond unprepared

@CassandraFemale17: It's like hiring a plumber to fix the electricity. I'd like to think "we've" learned our lesson but I've come to never underestimate the idiocy of way too many Americans.
