I Hate Donald Trump

Dear Mr so-called president........

"I know, too, that you’re accustomed to being emperor of your own fiefdom. Must be nice. Your name on the wall, the paychecks, the side of the building. You tell people to make something happen, and it does. You yell at a problem, and it goes away. Nobody talks back. I can see how it would be hard to give that up.

But you did. You see, you’re no longer an emperor, Mr. So-Called President. You’re now what is called a “public servant” — in effect, an employee with 324 million bosses. And let me tell you something about those bosses. They’re unruly and loud, long accustomed to speaking their minds without fear or fetter. And they believe power must always answer to the people. That’s at the core of their identity."

Hot damn, you've posted alot of things since I've been away.

I liked this article when It first came out...Alot of Trump supporters were saying they voted for him because he doesn't have "blue blood" and didn't grow up "entitled"...and yet booed Obama for being a nobody at first...apparently this was really important Yet Trump is a tyranted little emperor who has no idea how to act like a public servant or do anything beyond being a pig. Obama was one of the best presidents we ever had.

Is it too much to hope that Trumpy gets locked away or thrown out?

that just goes to show how deluded these Trumpettes are. didn't grow up entitled????? he inherited everything he's got!

is it too much to hope? maybe the US Congress will finally grow a spine and kick him to the kerb (gutter) where he belongs.

Kerb? That's a great word.
Over here we say "kick him to the curb" which is not quite a gutter, but makes little difference to the meaning. :)

@Scribbles: yeah, i'm sorry. i went off on a rant. erm.........that's how we spell "curb" on this side of the pond. your spelling means to restrict, restrain, curtail......you get the picture ;)

Hmm....ever seen the movie "9 to 5" that starred Dolly Parton and Jane Fonda?
I could totally see Trump tied up at home while our real government takes care of business! I bet he'd look good in a strait jacket and no one would complain. :)

@Scribbles: i just wish that he and all his deluded and moronic supporters would vanish 😠

The world would be a better place indeed. :)

Unfortunately wishing bad things or inconvenient things away is little more than a kind of comforting mythology. :(

Still it doesn't hurt in this case! Lol
I wonder how Patrick Stewart is getting on with that becoming an American Citizen thing. Also I wonder what his wife thinks?

@Scribbles: his current wife, he's on #3, is American. Sunny Ozell, singer-songwriter and less than half his age.

go Sir Patrick hahahahaha
