Trump says convention was 'PACKED,' but was it?

[media=https://m.youtube.com/shorts/NZT1uSihBBw]

In his speech at the first-of-its-kind GOP midterm convention in Dallas, Texas, Wednesday night, President Trump referred several times to a "packed" crowd, despite vast swaths of seats being empty. MS NOW's Vaughn Hillyard explains how Trump's remarks reflect an effort to mobilize his base to vote Republican in November.

My comments:

So: was it packed or wasn’t it? That is the question!

The convention center was, maybe 60% full, so, no, it wasn’t packed.

But Demented Donnie’s speech was packed with LIES and his silly delusions…. So, there’s that…

Hey....if three's a crowd...then more than 3 is packed. All depends in how you spin it, 😆

Sadly, I would not be surprised if some republican actually used that.
@PHlover19701 Frankly, I am amazed that they actually might have achieved 60% occupancy.

I strongly suspect they bused in paid “attendees” like tRUMP has been caught doing multiple other times…

AI Overview

A scarcity of battleground candidates has become a central talking point surrounding the Republican National Committee's first-ever midterm convention in Dallas, Texas. While the two-day event (dubbed "Trump-a-palooza") features heavy hitters like President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance, many Republican lawmakers and nominees in tight races chose to skip the gathering.

With Election Day just two months away, many vulnerable Republicans argue that their time is better spent talking directly to local constituents rather than holding signs in a convention center. For instance, Republican Rep. Zach Nunn of Iowa and Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick of Pennsylvania chose to remain in their toss-up districts. Other notable absences in highly contested races include Senators Susan Collins of Maine and Dan Sullivan of Alaska.
@ElwoodBlues The only heavy hitting with Demented Donnie & Vance is when they step on their bathroom scales…

You es. It's just that a lot of people dressed up as empty seats.

If you think it was packed, There are media clips of the opening showing only the first 6 rows or so with any people at all in the stadium. But the delegate floor was occupied (God knows hpow many of them were "fillers")😷
