Do you think Congressmen and Senators are 'nervous' because they think the leadership of their party has put all their seats at risk by Trump's actions ?

Or is it more a lack of 'feelgood factor' across the economy; risk to troops abroad; lack of 'friendly nations overseas; the whole tarrif programme...etc
