WOW! Judge TURNS THE TABLES on Trump in His OWN $10B LAWSUIT!!!

When you are Trump and chase headlines and sue for “10 billion dollars” in a defamation suit, then you just “opened the door” to turning over ALL of your secret financial records to your defendant, and that’s what just happened in a new order issued by Federal Magistrate Judge Lett in Miami against Trump in his case against the BBC. Popok also reports on how Judge Williams’ recent finding of bad faith by Todd Blanche, Trump, and his personal lawyers was used against Trump in the BBC case already!
My comments:
tRUMP has filed a defamation case against the BBC for their editing of his remarks about his January 6th insurrection. He attached $10 Billion price tag to the case because “it damaged his brand and hurt him financially.
The BBC had edited his rambling remarks for brevity and he foolishly decided to sue. The BBC apologized (out of politeness—not an admission of guilt).
So BBC said, “Bring it!” Now they are requiring Discovery. All of his financial records.
And, they are subpoenaing all of those involved with bringing January 6th about to prove that their video wasn’t defamation (if it’s true, then it’s NOT defamation).
Don’t you just love when Demented Donnie causes all of his own problems, then tries to strike back with lawsuits to cover his own crimes?
