Demented Donnie clearly has progressing dementia. He needs a comprehensive neuropsychiatric evaluation. He is a very real and immediate national security risk. It is clear that he is intent on tampering in the midterm elections—perhaps even planning to declare martial law and cancel the midterms altogether.
