Trump gets DEVASTATING legal news

The Supreme Court refuses to hear Donald Trump's appeal regarding a civil verdict finding him liable for sexually abusing E. Jean Carroll.
My comments: now what happens as far as the $ 83 million in damages the second jury awarded her in her defamation case? tRUMP tried to argue that the case should be switched to Federal Court so that they could use the Westfall Act to argue that he was acting in his official duties as the POTUS to defame her!
The Westfall Act, also known as the Federal Employees Liability Reform and Tort Compensation Act of 1988, is a federal law that protects federal employees from being personally sued for common law torts (such as negligence, assault, or defamation) committed while acting within the scope of their employment.
How about it? Do you agree that the remarks tRUMP made about E. Jean Carroll were within the scope of his job? The jury and all the judges involved in both cases didn’t buy it…
