Do you believe Donald Trump is doing great for the United States of America?

Jesus, that last sentence is strong. 💪🏻

Domestically, tRump's DoJ regards due process & habeas corpus as optional and has been ignoring them. These are fundamental Constitutional rights, violated thousands of times, ground under the boot heels of our new secret police. In Minnesota they logged 96 court orders violated, essentially ignored, ground under those boot heels. Doesn't that bother anyone?

Internationally, faithful allies who have trusted us and supported us for decades have been alienated by random illegal tariffs, random insults, random threats to break treaties, treaties broken. It took decades to arrive at our level of world trust, and tRump is trashing it all.

And, of course, Mr "no new wars" took one year to get us involved in a doozy of a war in the Middle East with unintended consequences driving up oil & fertilizer prices.

Can you imagine any other president getting into this situation??
2026-03-16: “Look what happened, in the last two weeks. They weren't supposed to go after all these other countries in the Middle East. Those missiles were set to go after them. So they hit Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait. Nobody expected that. We were shocked!”

Do you know the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act signed by President Clinton ?????

Since World War II, many U.S. presidents have initiated military conflicts without formal Congressional declarations of war, often citing UN resolutions, NATO, or national security. Key examples includeHarry Truman(Korea),Bill Clinton(Bosnia/Kosovo),Barack Obama(Libya), andDonald Trump(Iran/Syria).

While the U.S. Constitution provides a clear process for making treaties (requiring two-thirds Senate approval), it is silent on how to exit them. This has allowed many presidents to unilaterally withdrawfrom or disregard international agreements, a practice that has become increasingly common in the modern era.

Do you know the ... Act
No act gave ICE the right to ignore due process or habeas corpus. No act gave ICE the right to ignore court orders. No act gave ICE the right to evade accountability. Fundamental Constitutional rights have been suspended, and the right wing is cheering for these suspensions.

... it is silent on how to exit them.
The tariffs are unconstitutional, SCOTUS has ruled. While the Constitution may be silent about sowing chaos among our closest allies, it has cost us and will cost us dearly in trade agreements, intelligence sharing, and who knows what other ways.

You should read the act Clinton signed that all but Biden followed before you show you ignorance.
It was upheld by the Supreme Court.

This is the problem with people like you. You think you know it all and never understand reality.

Did i say anything about tarrifs ?

WTF does leaving treaties (the process) have to do with tarrifs ??

Guess you deflect when you don't have a valid argument.
@pdockal NOPE! The IIRIRA expedited removal process (the main limitation on due process) only applies to
individuals apprehended shortly after crossing the border without inspection or those arriving at ports of entry with fraudulent or missing documents.

Specifically, it does NOT apply to people who were previously admitted under Temporary Protected Status who later had their TPS cancelled by tRump. Most of the "illegals" tRump has been ranting about were made illegal by a stroke of tRump's sharpie. They entered LEGALLY. The IIRIRA limits don't apply to them.

And nothing in the IIRIRA enabled ICE to grab people out of courthouses while the people were attending immigration hearings. tRump's DoJ eventually admitted "error" there, but a lot of damage was done. And nothing in the IIRIRA enabled ICE to suppress info about where prisoners were held (habeas corpus). And nothing in the IIRIRA enabled ICE to ignore court orders (96 violated court orders in Minn in one month; links upon request).

Did i say anything about tarrifs ?
I said something about tariffs in the context of tRump's illegal chaotic foreign policy, and the way it's alienating our closest allies.

WTF does leaving treaties (the process) have to do with tarrifs ??
There are many treaties about tariffs. tRump even made several.

This is your way of saying you accept the facts I have presented and have no counter-arguments. Good to know.
