What's more amusing?

The 14th Amendment was intended to primarily apply to Black people. The 1870 Naturalization Act specifically authorized Black Africans to become naturalized citizens but excluded Asians. The SCOTUS expanded the 14th Amendment to apply to Chinese, which both parties fought against in the 1920s. The Chinese are now flooding the country with babies under the 14th Amendment. In a few years China will claim America as part of China.
