Here is one version of the MoCA—there are multiple versions on-line. See if you believe Demented Donnie when he says that a doctor who tests “many people” with the MoCA and that no one (until tRUMP) got a perfect score….
FYI: A perfect score is the expected result. Passing is 26 - 30.
