Does Trump Always Chicken Out?

I was just listening to a learned diplomat who was saying that the Straits of Hormuz may be open because Iran landed a missile at Diego Garcia 4000 kms out in the Indian Ocean. Well that and the fact that Trump just lifted some of the sanctions on Iranian oil. Hmmmmm.
