@Strictgram During Bidens' presidency, there were tariffs on goods from China comming into the US... How can you do that if there are open borders? And during Biden there were deportations, procedures for nationalisation and registration and in 2024, he even signed a law that the border should be permanently closed under certain circumstances. I have no idea how the situation looks in Spain today. What bothers me, is that when the king lead his country back to a liberal democratic construction, there was mass amnesty for those that were in and friendly with the regime. And I don't notice any real move for the country to collectively face the facts of those years under Franco.
