And since it's gained notoriety under Trump, and we all know how Trump feels, I wonder how many cases will actually be won in court ....... So far statistics are hard to find, even has been labeled as rare, but on the rise....... Another way to get unearned money!!!!

And the supreme Court basicly ruled it is not necessary for reverse discrimination to have an extra burden of proof did civil Rights Act of 1964 stands

If a Brown or Black man is more qualified for a job they get the job is what the civil Rights Act promotes ....... if the White man is more qualified for the job the White man gets the job...... It boils down to sore losers, people who think they're better than others and are not, I can sue and get some money!
