how did usa go from being the bastion of freedom and hope,into this mess?

so many yank i speak to moan about trump and the state of the country, why dont they invade the capitol building and have acoup, kick trump and his cronines out, put them in jail, history repeats itself

I don’t know I’ve just noticed many countries screaming at the US and a lot of hate - of course as a country they aren’t innocent…but neither are other countries. To me it seems like many nations fail to look in the mirror before pointing fingers.
