Is Trump ever going to make it a requirement to have 'state passports ' for us domestic travel?

I could see it mirroring Europe before the UN created the Euro zone bloc. US states in some ways are like EU countries with their different laws etc.

Thats already sorta been done by a bill aigned way back by W. Bush. Partnkf the Patriot Qct BS made a requirment for a special type of ID callled "REAL ID" for domestic flights.
