Younameit Unfortunately, companies and other entities use the new year as an excuse to raise prices.
Of course said companies and entities also make up new rules and regulations.
THEN what does everyone say? "Happy new year". What a crock that statement is.
Plus, at most jobs, the employees (especially low earners) cannot even afford the company's insurance (which isn't very good anyways) as they might ALREADY be living paycheck to paycheck.
Insurers often talk about "but if you get hurt or sick..." which might be true BUT all that means is someone cannot afford neither insurance nor the hospital.
