After a week of stumbles, tRUMP’s DO(in)J attempts to attack Judge Nachmanoff in Comey prosecution
Never backing off from further embarrassing themselves, tRUMP’s attorneys tried to contradict their admission (made at least 7 times during the week in court) that the full grand jury never saw the official & final indictment.
This stunning admission caused Comey’s counsel to immediately exclaim “There is NO indictment!”
They are now attacking the judge personally. As much as I would love to see Halliday continue to embarrass herself and the entire Demented Donnie misadministration, there is likely no way the court tolerates these lapses in proper court etiquette and professional ethics.
Look for a dismissal of all charges very soon. And, as you know, there are multiple other fatal flaws in the Comey & James prosecutions.
