The case was not dismissed. The judge heard arguments today, to dismiss the case based on the claim that the prosecutor who indicted him was illegally appointed. The judges said she would likely rule on the challenge before Thanksgiving.
@Northwest Some of trump's lawyers can't even draft or file a motion. And that is something a student in any legit law school learns in their first semester.
