tRUMP committing murder on the high seas does NOT make America safer
Lots of problems with tRUMP’s and Kegsbreath’s version of this ***whatever*** it was.
First, there is no real evidence that there were any drugs on the boat. Drug smuggling typically would not use up space on such a small boat by hauling 11 people. It’s far more likely this was a human smuggling operation and that innocent people were murdered by trigger happy drunk Petey makeup boy.
Second, there was no justification for firing on the boat. The boat did not pose any threat to our forces. They attempted to flee and took evasive action, but that is not a justification for using deadly force.
Third, there was no reasonable probable cause. The misadministration’s cover story had so many holes in it and was built on highly biased assumptions not back up by facts.
The boat was too small to cross a thousand miles of open ocean and reach the mainland. The boat was most likely bound for the Caribbean. It could easily have been intercepted (particularly with all the US assets tRUMP deployed to the region), boarded, and actual evidence could have been confiscated thus bolstering the misadministration’s case. Drug interdiction is not a core competency of the military—those missions belong to law enforcement.
This incident may have been completely fabricated but if it did happen, it happened in international waters and the tRUMP misadministration had no lawful authority to do anything like this.
My GAWD, even the tragedies of the GWB administration and GITMO et al had better cover stories than this mess…
