So he's stopped the war in Ukraine on Day 1?
He promised to lover taxes, but he's actually raised them, as tariffs are by definition taxes.
He promised to lower the debt, in yet his big beautiful bill will potentially raise it more than Obama or Biden did (and they raised it a LOT)
So no, he has not come closer to doing everything he campaigned on, none of the politicians do.

So far he's done everything he campaigned on doing.
