Owner of Trump-themed restaurant detained by ICE

HOUSTON (KHOU) - The owner of a President Donald Trump-themed restaurant in Houston is facing deportation.

According to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Roland Beainy is from Lebanon and entered the country in 2019.

Immigration officials say the 28-year-old overstayed his visa.

Beainy was arrested in May, but is out on bond as he awaits immigration proceedings.

To be fair opening a Trump themed restaurant is not a way to circumvent immigration rules.
