If Trump pardons Maxwell, and she accepts the pardon, she gets out of prison....but just like Trump, she will remain a convicted felon.
If/when she is subpoenaed to testify under oath, she can not plead the 5th.
She must answer truthfully. If she doesn't, she is immediately jailed for purgery.

I think he's at the very least smart enough to know a pardon would SINK his approval ratings and even lose 80% of his base, and no paid influencer could swing people
