America: Why didn't you vote?

Each day I read the news headlines or hear on TV what new and despicable act Donald tRump has committed to embarrass his country while acting OUTSIDE of the oaths and mandate of his office and at his own whim and egregiousness.
How such an embarrassing person continues to hold office without criticism or sanction tells me much about American pride - and what level it has allowed itself to deteriorate to.
Where were the sensible people who didn't vote when the past election was held? Why does this farce of statesmanship continue to rule your country?

@SumKindaMunster OK.... Let's analyze that: Notice that there are 3 tiers of people moving - Canadians, American ex-pats and foreign immigrants. Notice that the years 2022 and 2023 are Biden years: i.e., years AFTER mr. tRUMP was no longer in office. Notice that those American people were very likely the ones who fled from tRUMP during his time in office and were returning, figuring that the 'worst' was over. As for foreign immigrants - I don't think they count as their motivations are their own - but maybe they found Canada was a more friendly place to get a foothold before crossing the border in search of their 'dream' of becoming American citizens. All said: Your stats are from a year when Biden had 'partially fixed' the chaos that tRUMP had caused in his first reign of terror. And, yes, money in the USA does draw Canadians south - our artists pretty much have to go 'stateside' to get into movies, music or stageshows.... our market is too small for them; doctors see 'big' bucks in private medicine in the USA - bucks that the Canadian government doesn't give them because we support our poorer folks with free medical care and that cost takes away from the pockets of those doctors whose hippocratic oath is more of a hypocratic oath than an oath to serve human-kind. As for the rest of the Canadians: I'm laying a bet that most of them are folks who are 'snowbirds' who own properties in the USA and do seasonal visits - I'd like to see if those people all applied for green cards or are only there on visitor visas.
So: Take your stats and enjoy them. I think I've negated much of your gloating research.
