I certainly won't be doling out any criticism concerning this recent effort until we see how it actually translates. This measure is wholly counter-intuitive to many other measures the administration has taken in recent weeks. It seems unlikely, but I would jump for joy if it actually leads to anything tangible. It's a bit early to start singing his praises at this point.
