@sstronaut They care enough to chuck a lot of money into novel drugs for performance enhancement. The Russia love in iwith the USA s obvious but its not complete. Both leaders seem to be in to any deal only for what they can get from it and I think Turmp has ealised he can never buy and own Putin who will always be ready to break any promise he makes. Quite an explosive relationship given al the nukes they own and their petulant natures.
