did team russia go through the qualification process or should they get to play because trumps says so or he'll have another hissy fit and announce new tariffs?

@beermeplease I'd like to think FIFA would just move it somewhere else if Trump tried to include Russia, or any other country that hadn't qualified. I'm not sure they would though.

@Lugwho then there would be no tournament....all the venues are in place. well maybe they could host all the games in canada/mexico....we better build more stadiums 😆
