As much as I dislike Trump, I believe what he’s saying here is that if the 2020 election wouldn’t have been "rigged", he would’ve been ending his presidency by 2024 — hence be gone by now.
Not that I believe it was rigged. But he’s saying so much nonsense and he’s so extremely dangerous to democracy (not only in the US) that there’s no need to invent even more.
