Could Trump do much worse, if he tried?

He's outspending Obama and Biden, and getting nothing done other than making more Americans unemployed, stocks worse and prices going higher...

Now he wants a $90 million Military Parade on his Birthday, because he cares about Government saving and Efficiency. Which is just going to delay the military, making them less efficient, and use all the case to get the people and equipment there and back, and damage to the roads.

How has he been helpful to American Citizens again?
