I find it disgusting too, and concerning. Concerning because many people have expressed that he has been chosen BY God, even if they don't actually worship him as God.
@Piper Yes, that is why it bothers me, more so than other similar uses of the expression "so and so is God." It is because of the context. People go to church services where they rapturously sing hymns of praise for Donald Trump. And many actually believe he is a Christian.
@DrWatson Interesting. I don't think of myself as Godly in any way. But I support the right more then Trump specifically. However I do consider many leftist quite insane for their ideals.
