He’s eliminating mandatory diversity, equity and inclusion LAWS, not DEI itself. Go ahead and make yourself as diverse, equitable or inclusive as you like. No one’s stopping you but no one’s forcing you either.

@redredred can you point me to a law that states employers MUST hire people from minorities? I mean, a law that specifically says an employer has no choice but to hire a minority employee? It's a genuine question. I'd be interested to read that law and what it says.

@Richard65 Must? No. Should and had better? There are lots of laws like public law 95-507 covering subcontracting if they want government consideration for future contract work
