Here's what happens when the government starts to respond to an emergency. Employees with expertise are moved to new positions to address the problem. And they are classified as probationary employees in their new positions, regardless of how long they've served.

And so when 卐LON fired all the provisional employees, he decimated the ones working on bird flu. Seems that the "shoot first and ask questions later" policy has its downsides. SAD.

@ElwoodBlues tRUMP has already devastated Public Health in the US by appointing RFK Jr as lead of HHS. And his treatment of FEMA will have catastrophic fallout as well.

And tRUMP didn’t even need help from Muskrat to foul (or should I say fowl) those up—he managed that carnage all by himself!
