Apparently the reason people find Trump trustworthy

is that he speaks at a 7th grade level 🥴

Oh look, the democrats are so upset, they’ll be watching MSNBC / CNN and hanging on every word, not realising they are being brainwashed / indoctrinated / gaslit, told what to think, because they can’t think for themselves, have no ability for critical thought

@ididntknow This outburst works both ways without actually encouraging any debate:

Oh look, the Trump supporters are so upset, they’ll be watching Fox/OAN and hanging on every word, not realising they are being brainwashed / indoctrinated / gaslit, told what to think, because they can’t think for themselves, have no ability for critical thought. 🤷‍♀

@FreddieUK but see we know that’s a lie!
God bless the king

@Shaveit Good debating point.

@FreddieUK The difference is, most don’t watch fox, they get their knowledge and education from many many places, and work things out for themselves,

@ididntknow I hate to say this but
how can you know what the truth is if you have a blind spot yourself? You're not really in a position to tell me what you think the truth is if you're biased yourself.

By what measure do you check your own biases and how can you trust the information you receive to be truthful?

Trump supporters have a blind spot, you can't check yourself if you're in algorithms like the news, Facebook and YouTube that present confirmation bias all the time by presenting similar stories to u.

And no, it's true that right winged trump supporters do watch Fox News all the time. It's on an their social media, it's fairly easy to track down your sources of information.

How can you hold yourself responsible?

You can't, I'm telling you.

@ididntknow There's extensive research on psyops to think that you're absolved from that because you know better is called dunning Kruger effect. A lot of what Trump does is literally psyops, for the fact that you don't know that tells me you still have a lot to learn.
