It only applies when it's against democrats, inciting insurrections, attacking FEMA workers, bomb threats against school kids, attacking parents of Sandyhook, or anything that supports Trumpian dystopic wishes
Free speech does not protect terrorist threats, anything insighting wonton violence for attacking school children. That's all propaganda and garbage.
As far as insurrection now, we have not only the right according to the Constitution but the duty to throw off the yoke of any self-serving government which no longer protects and serves the will of the people that is a fact whether the left likes it or not. It doesn't matter what political party you stand for if you think the government should be a totally protected entity then you are not for the Constitution and therefore not for the freedom in the will of the people. That is just the way it is
