Trump’s mental incompetency, why it may be faked, and what are the legal implications?
First of all, let’s look at Trump. He is narcissistic, a pathological liar, someone who never takes responsibility for his words/actions/inactions, a schemer, and self-centered to the extreme. He fancies himself a great actor & orator; a self described “genius.”
His situation: he can never admit he’s failed. He can’t handle humiliation, yet he constantly puts himself in situations where he is publicly humiliated. He sees his legal situation deteriorating and his principal legal enablers (Thomas, Alito, and Cannon) have come under intense scrutiny for their actions which clearly far exceed ethical standards and have placed their own careers on thin ice. Trump can no longer count on them to “have his back.” His campaign is losing money due to his funneling of campaign funds/donations to pay his personal legal bills.
Trump is forced to realize that he is very likely to lose this election. When that happens—and it will—he has to have an escape hatch. He knows that there is no way he can escape conviction for his insurrection attempt and his theft of TS/NDI documents/materials. It would be a gross miscarriage of justice for him to be sentenced to nothing more than house arrest.
So what might his escape hatches be? To flee (remember he is actually using the Jeffrey Epstein plane—the very one Epstein used to ferry his accomplices including Trump himself! to his infamous private island); perhaps to Russia or North Korea. Would Putin or KJU welcome him—now that he is no longer of any use to them? Probably not. How did Putin “dispose” of those no longer useful to him? How did KJU “dispose” of his half brother & his generals?
So Trump needs another route to avoid the very likely outcome of prison (or worse!) following his defeat in November. Another attempt at insurrection is certain to fail.
So if you are following Trump’s statements, what passes for speeches, and his public appearances you simply cannot ignore his increasingly bizarre speech, his nonsense, his physical awkwardness, his abnormalities of gait & posture, etc. These are worrisome for dementia. His bizarre messages on social media at all hours also raise these concerns. So dementias are a legitimate concern—but there’s another possibility!
Is Trump faking dementia to lay the basis of a mental incompetency legal defense? Remember, we have only the supposed examination by a screening test performed under suspicious circumstances (if at all) by disgraced Ronny Jackson to suggest Trump is physically or mentally competent.
Whether real or fake—Trump MUST have a comprehensive mental health screening by a panel of non partisan mental health professionals IMMEDIATELY as a preemptive strike against a fake incompetency legal defense. What’s more, if his dementia is real he must be removed from the ballot.
