Think it through. If Trump has immunity, Biden has immunity.
With immunity, Biden could send the FBI to arrest four of those conservative Supreme Court Justices "on national security grounds," with no consequences.
With immunity, Biden could have Trump executed "on national security grounds," with no consequences.
Giving immunity to someone with that much power would signal the end of America as we know it.
Now I know you're counting on Biden being a good guy and not abusing his power, and maybe you're right. BUT. Our nation was founded by people sick of the abuse of power by the guy at the top. The Founders did NOT give the president immunity precisely because they had lived thru the dangers of a chief executive who was above the law.
