Will David Pecker be the real star witness in Quad Indicted’s first criminal conviction?

While most Americans will be keying in on Michael Cohen’s and Stormy Daniel’s testimonies, it could be the very first witness that is called that ultimately determines QI’s fate.

David Pecker, another QI insider who will be testifying against him, Pecker's testimony will be proof of the core allegation that the hush money scheme was geared toward influencing the outcome of the presidential election. After the prosecution’s case is made, the evidence will seal QI’s fate.

Since Pecker is the only witness who could possibly refute Michael’s and Stormy’s testimonies (other than QI himself—the biggest pathological liar in history—should he be stupid enough to actually take the stand) this case might be over very quickly.

If so, it will be prison rather than this trial that keeps the air at Barron’s graduation fresh and clean! Something Barron’s classmates, their families, and faculty should ALL appreciate!

David Pecker's company, American Media Inc, made a deal in 2018 to avoid federal prosecution, acknowledging that it had illegally tried to influence the election in favor of Trump by the manner in which it tried to protect Trump from news about his affair with a former Playboy nude model.

That's one big admission of a crime in favor of Trump. Another BIGGER admission of a crime in favor of Trump is by Trump's former lawyer Michael Cohen. Yeah, Cohen lied under oath and went to jail.

Key point here, Cohen lied to protect Trump. Both these witnesses committed their crimes to protect Trump. There's a whole pattern of unsavory and illicit things being done to protect Trump. That pattern is how prosecutors build the case.

@ElwoodBlues Another thing to consider is that Cohen was convicted in part for unlawfully violating campaign finance law to interfere in the election, and went to prison for that crime. A jury of New Yorkers already accepted that action as a crime, and hopefully they will in Trump's case as well. That would elevate the 34 falsified business records from misdemeanors to felonies.

@ElwoodBlues Also, Pecker paid the first hush money case out of his own pocket expecting the Apricot Antichrist to repay him—which never happened. That’s how Cohen ended up taking out a home equity loan to pay off Stormy.

@windinhishair It’s pathetically sad that Quad Indicted violated his gag order on camera again today by attacking Michael Cohen in with a blatant lie saying, “the things he [Michael Cohen] went to jail for had nothing to do with me[tRump].”

tRump must face prison time for his crimes!

@KunsanVeteran The discussion on his multiple gag order violations will be tomorrow morning. The jury does not have to report until 11 AM.

@windinhishair I hope it results in jail time. This is at least 11 blatant violations of his gag rule.

At 30 days a pop, he could be incarcerated right up until the election.

@KunsanVeteran He will get off with another warning, or a small fine at worst that he will grift from his Cult.
KunsanVeteran · 61-69, M
@windinhishair He can’t be allowed to continue like this. The next time one of his cult members acts out his violent rhetoric the judge will have to answer for not taking strong enough measures to prevent a tragedy.

Lock him up!

@KunsanVeteran When the trial starts going badly for Trump, he may want to be jailed for a short period of time so he can claim to be the victim.

@windinhishair …I would be all in favor of that if, in this case, “short” could be defined as the rest of tRump’s life!
