I foresee the Granddaddy of all CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS coming against Quad Indicted…

…over his multitude of SEC violations stemming from his public offering of his [failing] Truth Social.

Given the civil trial he’s attempting to appeal—but hasn’t meant the bond requirement —and his steadily sinking pump and dump, imagine if he faced a colossal class action lawsuit over this fiasco.

Just think about this—Quad Indicted picked Delaware to go public in—that’s perhaps the state with the strongest protections for these types of lawsuits.

The more his stock plummets, the greater the financial damage to QI. His attempts to mitigate his liability & damages thus far amount to securities fraud.

His financial situation deteriorates by the hour with no change in sight and what does he try to do? Dilute the value of the shares even further. He already faces litigation over this, his latest fraud.

Give it a week or two and the class action lawsuits will be rolling in!

Delaware lawyers get ready there’s a gravy train a comin’—no ticket needed, just climb aboard!
@KunsanVeteran Maybe, but it got harder with last week's SCOTUS decision.

I hate to be a nay sayer, but Delaware is also probably the most corporate friendly state, and this whole scheme seemed pretty obvious.
