Could repeatedly falling asleep (or faking it) be construed as contempt of court?

Ok—maybe a stretch here—and we can’t say for sure if QI’s nodding off in court is real or fake, but it seems like it demonstrates complete and total disrespect for our justice system.

Now I will grant you that QI likely suffers from sleep apnea being morbidly obese, out of shape, over eater, staying up all night posting rants and whines on his failing social media site.

Why not lock him up so he can sleep and be well rested for his trial? It just might improve his lousy disposition.
