I don’t care that he’s old—5 more months in prison is not enough!

Allen Weisselberg, who admitted to testifying falsely during Donald Trump’s civil fraud trial, was sentenced today to five months in jail on perjury charges.

Weisselberg has been lying and committing financial fraud on behalf of Quad Indicted FOR DECADES! He continued to lie under oath to protect Quad Indicted.

He deserves to spend the rest of his life in prison.

And QI does, too!

He clearly didnt learn a thing from the last sentence. So all thats left is to make an example of him. a year would have been better..😷

@whowasthatmaskedman It appears the AG James is investigating Weisselberg for another charge of perjury. Could that 5 months stretch even further?

@KunsanVeteran I will preface this by saying its total speculation on my part. But its what I would be doing if I were James.
Weisselberg has proved himself a bad actor all through this. So any hope of rehabilitating him is gone. Now he is sidelined in all testimony on all cases, which is good for her. His answers cant be trusted..But also by having him in this prison revolving door he sets an example to others of how to cooperate and speak the truth. It seems one more Mara Lardo employee might have got that message, if the latest rumours prove true..😷
Did you see Alina Habba finally stopped representing Wesselberg?

@MistyCee She’s in a world of hurt if she deliberately misrepresented QI’s attempts to secure bond or didn’t notify the court that they were in negotiations to secure the full bond.

At the very least, severe sanctions. She could face disbarment.
@KunsanVeteran I actually think all that speculation about attorney sanctions, the bond filing and candor towards the tribunal is a bit overhyped.

Sure, it might be sanctionable, but so is nearly every filing made on Trump's behalf.

Plus, let's face it, anyone who represents him knows he wants more than ethical representation and expects loyalty to him above all else. Habba is probably long past the point of getting disbarred if Trump doesn't win the election, and if even she isn't, I dont see her refusing to cross any lines in the future.
